Advance payment of the session fee is required to secure an appointment. Booking will be cancelled if payment is not completed within one day of submitting the booking.

Session durations can be extended with a prorated fee at a half-hourly rate, subject to the pharmacist’s availability and counselling suitability.

Rescheduling, cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no-shows, or late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes from the scheduled start time (without prior notice), will result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refunds.

Head-to- toes sessions not completed within 1 month of purchase or the validity period will automatically expire, resulting in forfeiture of the session fee
